Viewing Report

Overview
This page will help you understand how to View & utilise RapidSMS's Report. There are 4 types of reports, namely:
a) Usage Summary
b) Incoming SMS Details
c) Sent SMS Details
d) Failed SMS Details

Report Generator Taskbar


When you select one of the reports from the navigation menu, you will always be greeted by this taskbar.

Simply put in the Begin Date and the End Date in which you want to view this report & click the Go button. The system will generate a Report
 

Usage Summary

The Usage Summary Report States

  1. The Incoming SMS Count
  2. The Outgoing SMS Count
  3. The Sent SMS Count
All SMS counts are are grouped by Users		  
 
 

Incoming SMS Details

The Incoming Summary Report States the Details of each SMS Received by the User

  1. The Sender Mobile Number
  2. The Time SMS is Received
  3. The Message Contents
  4. The Total SMS Count for the User
The Incoming Summary is grouped by Users 		 
 
   

Sent SMS Details

The Sent Summary Report States the Details of each SMS Sent by the User

  1. The Sender User Name
  2. The Recipient Mobile Number
  3. The Recipient Name
  4. The Time SMS is Delivered
  5. The Message Contents
  6. The Total SMS Count for the User
The Incoming Summary is grouped by Users
 
 

Failed items Details

The Failed Items Summary Report States the Details of each Failed SMS Sent by the User

  1. The Sender User Name
  2. The Recipient Mobile Number
  3. The Recipient Name
  4. The Time SMS is Delivered
  5. The Message Contents
The Failed Items Summary is grouped by Users
 
 

Export Report to Document Format
The Export Function is available for all Reports.
Reports can be exported into either Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF format for archiving or printing purpose.
